Weblock allows you to control how your device fetches online content. Easily manage PAC (Proxy Auto-Config) script and route different connections through different proxy servers. Weblock can make your device download ads (banners and popups), stats and user tracking, scripts or images through a proxy server you pick. It also allows you to use a different proxy for specific websites, like Facebook, Twitter, Google+, social widgets from websites. You can even define your own content filters. With Weblock you can control proxy for basically any network resource! This way you can choose not to reveal your real IP to different services, limit advanced ad targeting and protect your privacy.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Youre responsible for selecting a proxy server that allows you to download content you wish to download. We DO NOT provide a proxy service. Using a bad proxy server (like 127.0.0.1:8021) might result in some resources being blocked. You can control your proxy settings selectively with Weblock. Here are some situations in which Weblock might come in handy:
• Fetch ads through a proxy server you choose. Protect your privacy and prevent ad servers from knowing your real IP address and tracking you.
• Disable majority of ads on websites you visit on your iOS device! Weblock supports all major web browsers: Safari, Chrome, Mercury and others (browsers redirecting web traffic through third-party servers like Puffin Browser or Opera Mini are not be supported).
• Easily remove all native Facebook widgets and plugins (Like buttons, comments, etc.) on sites you visit - simply disable Facebook plugins in Weblock! Do the same for Twitter, Google+ and other social media.
• Stop annoying Tapatalk popups, nagging you to download forum browsing app on every visit.
• Take control of someone elses device - you can preconfigure any iOS device to control it with your Weblock app. Block or redirect any content, anytime, directly from your own device.

Unfortunately iOSs new adblocking only works for Safari, and I use Firefox. But this makes up for that. Thanks!

The is perfect for what I want, it almost blocks all of the annoying ads that bothering me even those shown up in applications. It is so powerful that it can blocks those ads that cant be blocked by Adblock Plus or Crystal. The only draw back is that it can only work on Wifi and will not work on wireless. So beware before you make your purchase.

Works well as always, those that it doesnt work for, contact the support, they are very good at getting back to you (as long as you are courteous) and help you. Be sure to check your proxy and settings and be sure to disconnect and then reconnect to your wifi after enabling Weblock.

Works as advertised. Apps with ads are blocked. Sites using Chrome which display ads are blocked. YouTube ads appear sometimes and not other times. My iPhone 6 still does heat up after about 5mins of use with Weblock running.

Try reaching out for support if youre having problems with this app. They resolved a problem I was having and the app is working flawlessly once again.

Some bad moments

Wont work with YouTube or any app other than safari. YouTube ads still show, and it even breaks a few apps. Waste of money

Used to block everything I needed it to without fail. As of recently it has stopped doing that. I hope the developers will come back to fix this.

Doesnt work on cellular connections, what good is it then? Some of us dont use Wifi.

This app doesnt work anymore, even though I have deleted the old configuration and reset all the settings using the instructions. I hope youll fix this issue soon. Otherwise there is no point of having this app.

Doesnt block ads on YouTube as it claims. Also break YouTube app functions like add to playlist. ONLY WORKS ON WIFI and requires manual setup for each wifi network you want it to work on. No customer support whatsoever. Utter trash.

Enabling the proxy in this app breaks Find My Friends. You become invisible to everyone else as long as youre on WiFi. It appears that weblock blocks the permission response that Find My Friends sends to others. I notified the developer but they didnt respond.
