No longer blocking many ads

I love this app and its been flawless until recently. Now Im being flooded with ads on many sites (checked it was still configured correctly and it is). Im reporting ads using the weblock extension but it seems as though the filter is broken and/or out of date. Same results on latest version of Safari, Google and Opera browsers. iPhone 5s | iOS 9.3.2 build 13F69.
