Not working and i cannot get a refund

It is supposed to "work" only when connected to wifi so its useless when under your providers data plan anyway. And under wifi, it did not work for most the apps i was frequently using. One must enter url etc for specific apps and of course there isnt. Money down the drain. There must be a trial version of these things
